Balanced Babes: Optimal Fetal Positioning Class

This class focuses on practical techniques to encourage an ideal fetal position for labor. Learn the moves and methods that can help facilitate a smoother birth.

The Complete Fourth Trimester Workshop

Preparation is key for the 4th trimester. This workshop focuses on recovery and well-being, addressing what to expect physically and emotionally after birth. It includes practical strategies for navigating this phase and provides connections to local resources for continued support.

Your support includes one personalized prenatal planning visits, designed entirely around your hopes for your birth experience.

Prenatal Visit: Preparing & Practicing (In your home)

We'll use this time to fine-tune your birth preferences and create a detailed plan. We can also practice comfort measures and ensure your space feels ready, helping you feel truly prepared to welcome your baby.

This visit is all about making you feel heard, informed, and confident as your birth approaches.

Whether your babe is eager to meet you or needs a bit more coaxing, my support never clocks out.

I'm all in from 36 to 2 weeks after the birth of your baby. And, if your baby gets a head start and arrives earlier, I'll be there too.

However you birth your baby, my care is unwavering, with no surprise fees for longer labors. You can focus on bringing your baby into the world, knowing you have steadfast support.

I provide continuous support for 2-3 hours after the birth.

During this time, I ensure everyone is settled and comfortable. We can discuss the birth, celebrate your new baby, and I will assist with the first feeding session before I leave.
