Our 5-week Childbirth Education Series will consist of 5 classes lasting 2-3 hours each, held in Central Colorado Springs.

Join us for Nourish and Nurture, covering everything from sleep and soothing to newborn procedures and postpartum recovery!
This 6-hour workshop and includes an in-person breastfeeding portion, plus 3.5 hours of additional online breastfeeding class taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Our 3-hour Postpartum Skills Class will cover everything you need to know about bringing the tiny human(s) home! We’ll help you to set up a postpartum plan and send you home with all of the essential referrals and ideas!

A balanced pregnant person creates a balanced babe and most importantly, a balanced, shorter labor with fewer complications!
Join us for our 1-night workshop and learn about everything you can do while you’re pregnant, while you’re laboring, and during your postpartum period to stay BALANCED!

Once you have registered and enrolled in our Education courses, there will be no refunds provided.
If there are ever 3 or fewer people signed up for any of our Classes or Workshops 24 hours before the start of the class, the class may be canceled.
