Why Prenatal Massage Matters
More than
just relaxation.
Pregnancy changes everything — your posture, your sleep, your center of gravity, and the way your body holds tension. Standard massage doesn't account for any of that. This does.
Every session is tailored to where you are in your pregnancy. Whether you're in your first trimester and exhausted, your second and starting to ache, or in your third and counting days, your massage is designed for your body, right now.
And because I'm also a birth doula, I understand the connection between how your body feels at 32 weeks and how it performs on your birthing day. That's a level of care you won't find at a spa.
“Her prenatal massages were some of the most amazing massages I have ever received. I truly believe they played a huge role in having my son in just two hours.”
What Your Body Gets
Real benefits.
Real results.
Better Sleep
Reduced cortisol, calmer nervous system, and less physical discomfort means your body can actually rest — something pregnancy often makes surprisingly hard.
Pain Relief
Sciatic nerve pain, round ligament tightness, back and hip aches — prenatal massage targets the exact areas that shift as your baby grows.
Reduced Swelling
Gentle lymphatic techniques help reduce the fluid retention in hands, feet, and ankles that's so common in the second and third trimesters.
Anxiety Relief
Studies show regular prenatal massage significantly reduces anxiety and depression symptoms — giving you a calmer, more grounded pregnancy experience.
Optimal Fetal Position
Releasing pelvic tension and improving alignment creates more space for your baby to settle into the best position for birth — before labor even begins.
Labor Prep
A body that's been consistently worked on moves better in labor. Clients who receive regular prenatal massage often report faster, more efficient labors.
Services & Pricing

Last Date Night
60 & 90 Minutes
Because everything is about to change — take one night just for you.
Before baby arrives, give yourselves a moment to slow down, reconnect and be together — not as parents yet, but as partners.
Side-by-side couples massage designed to be your last date night before the birth of your babe. During a 60- or 90-minute session, you’ll relax together while we combine therapeutic massage with gentle birth-prep elements to help you feel grounded, supported, and emotionally connected. (I’ll also teach the partner how to massage the birthing person and share practical, hands-on tips for providing confident, effective support during labor.)
Every modality is included, so each of you receives exactly what your body needs — whether that’s deep relief, gentle prenatal care or stress-melting relaxation.
Your session ends with a mocktail, a dessert, and guided birth affirmations—creating intentional space to slow down, connect, and mentally prepare for birth together. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, emotionally aligned, and confident, with affirmations chosen specifically to support your labor and birth experience.
Perfect for couples who want to feel calm, connected, and ready — together.

The TWE Difference
Why a doula-
trained massage therapist
changes everything.
When you get a prenatal massage at a spa, you get someone who's been trained to be careful around your belly. That's it.
When you get a prenatal massage from me, you get someone who has attended dozens of births, understands the mechanics of labor, and knows exactly how pelvic tension at 34 weeks can affect how your baby positions itself at 38 weeks.
That knowledge shows up in every single session.
"Massage from someone who knows birth from the inside."
Understands optimal fetal positioning and how massage affects it
Knows which tension patterns predict harder labors
Can identify when something needs attention before it becomes a problem
Available for on-call labor massage support at your birth
Part of your complete care team — not a one-off appointment
Approved provider at Beginnings Birth Center
“I truly believe they played a huge role in my body being relaxed, aligned, and ready — and in having my son in just two hours.”

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled at any time; however no refunds are provided, even with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Instead, you may:
Reschedule your appointment for a later date
Apply your credit toward a different massage service
This allows flexibility for you while protecting reserved appointment times.

A Note About My Dual Role as a Birth Doula
In addition to massage therapy, I also serve as a birth doula. While I carefully limit my doula clients, births are unpredictable and may occasionally require me to reschedule a pre-scheduled massage appointment on short notice.
If this occurs:
You will be notified as soon as possible
Your session will be rescheduled promptly
Your payment will be fully honored as a credit
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business. 💛
